Little Big Horn National Monument, Montana

Indian Memorial

Indian Memorial

I had a difficult time appreciating the Little Big Horn monument.    Even though, a clear attempt has been made to present both sides of the story, I am uncomfortable with the glory bestowed on Lieutenant Colonel Custer and his men.

I did appreciate these two memorials, dedicated by the Indian Nations.
